本公司採用『類 ABS 高韌性材料』作為固化材料,顏色為白色,材料模擬 ABS 特性,

耐溫最高約 50 度左右,精度0.05mm。

本材質經配方優化,尺寸精準,產品外觀非常平滑,不會有一層一層的痕跡,表面猶如塑膠射出般的平滑,

具有高韌性、高硬度高强度的優點。

SLA 光固化3D列印 技術簡介

SLA  (Stereo Lithography Apparatus,光敏樹脂選擇性固化)

在液態槽中充滿液態光敏樹脂,在雷射激光頭所發射的紫外線雷射光束照射下,光敏樹脂會快速固化(SLA與SLS所用的雷射不同,SLA用的是紫外線雷射,而SLS用的是紅外線雷射)。在成型開始時,可升降工作檯處於液面以下,剛好一個截面層厚的高度。通過透鏡聚焦後的雷射光束,按照機器程式指令將截面輪廓沿液面進行逐行掃描。掃描區域的樹脂快速固化,從而完成一層截面的凝固加工過程,得到一層塑料薄片。然後,工作檯下降一層截面層厚的高度,再固化另一層截面。透過這樣層層疊加逐漸建構出立體實體。
