SLS 3D列印 雷射激光粉末燒結技術簡介
SLS (Selective Laser Sintering,粉末材料選擇性雷射燒結)
SLS採用鋪粉的方式將一層粉末材料平鋪在已成型零件的上表面,並加熱至恰好低於該粉末燒結點的某一溫度,電腦系統控制雷射光束,按照該層的截平面輪廓在粉層上加溫,使粉末的溫度升到熔化點,進行燒結並與下面已成型的部分實現黏結。燒結一層完成後,工作檯下降一層厚度,鋪料裝置移動在上面鋪上一層均勻密實的粉末,進行新一層截面的燒結,直至完成整個模型燒結成型。
