透明材質 使用 SLA 光固化技術製作
SLA （Stereo Lithography Apparatus，光敏樹脂選擇性固化）
在液態槽中充滿液態光敏樹脂，在雷射激光頭所發射的紫外線雷射光束照射下，光敏樹脂會快速固化（SLA與SLS所用的雷射不同，SLA用的是紫外線雷射，而SLS用的是紅外線雷射）。在成型開始時，可升降工作檯處於液面以下，剛好一個截面層厚的高度。通過透鏡聚焦後的雷射光束，按照機器程式指令將截面輪廓沿液面進行逐行掃描。掃描區域的樹脂快速固化，從而完成一層截面的凝固加工過程，得到一層塑料薄片。然後，工作檯下降一層截面層厚的高度，再固化另一層截面。透過這樣層層疊加逐漸建構出立體實體。
